Following graduation from St. Mo, attended several colleges before graduating from the Univ of Portland, along with Tom Mack. Played football for one year at SMCC, recognized my QB skills would not carry me far, so returned to UP, graduating in 1970. Married Dani while at UP, moved back to LA after graduation, so we could enjoy the Sylmar earthquake.
Moved back to Oregon in 1973 after a year of law school in LA, and bought a bar inn Salem with a fraternity brother. Divorced in 1978, with 3 sons.

After getting out of the bar business, spent the next 30 years in Risk Management, traveling extensively on business. Met and married Darby in '79, and we have a daughter, Sarah. She and our granddaughter Samantha (4 1/2) live with us. We celebrate our 35th anniversary Aug 18. Our sons, Mike, Josh & John are spread out. Mike in Salem with 2 daughters, Kailey and Riley, Josh single and living in Newport, OR, And John, single, living in Newport Beach, CA.

After 30 years of the travel and long daily commute to Portland, left risk management and spent 8 years as Director of Governmental Affairs for Silverton Hospital, before retiring last year. Still working very part time at the Legislature as a Legislative Advisor for State Representative Vic Gilliam. Silverton is a small town (pop 10,000) 15 miles from Salem, the state Capital, but surrounded on 3 sides by farm land and the mountains behind us. I have been on the City Council here for 28 years, with 16 as Mayor.

Still keep busy doing volunteer work for the hospital, and serving on several boards. We enjoy golf, travel, collecting and drinking fine wines, and of course our grand kids. Oregon makes some of the best Pinot Noir in the world, so we regular enjoy visits to Willamette Valley wineries. We also travel to both Walla Walla, WA and Napa to enjoy the big reds they produce.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.
